Refund policy
ALL FINAL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - NO EXCEPTIONS.
All sales are considered FINAL upon receipt of purchase unless it falls under fault of Belle Mone. We do not provide refunds or exchanges, however, returns are accepted within 30 days:
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bellemoneboutique.com.co. If your return is accepted, you will be refunded in the form of a store credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases except final sales items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our support team within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that after the 30-day period, refunds will not be issued.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- We recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and sales items will not be accepted.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
- Belle Mone is not liable for any lost or stolen packages in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and / or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits and jewelry. Certain goods such as custom products, special orders, personalized items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for face mask. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. Please remember it can take some time for returns to be processed.
