Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped using flat rate priority shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). This service allows us to do a quick delivery time at a low cost to our customers. The standard shipping is Priority Mail via USPS, 2-3 days delivery (including Saturdays) from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that the order is placed. We also offer Priority Express for expedited deliveries. The shipping fee added to your order includes the weight of the package, insurance, tracking number confirmation, shipping and handling. Every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number. 

All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the next business day. Next day shipping is available at customers request as long as request are received before the cut off times. The cut off times are based on USPS shipping information. Belle Mone strives to deliver items quickly as possible, A lot of times your order may ship after 1-3 business days upon ordering;  depending on the volume of orders and Covid19. Please allow 5-7 business days. 

Packages that are returned to Belle Mone due to incorrect or incomplete address. The customers will be responsible for any new shipping costs associated with resending the package.

Belle Mone is not responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped. Shipments may be delayed by carrier due to weather, mechanical issue, package origin and destination. You will need to contact the carrier to get an ETA on shipment.
